Fees are subject to change with negotiation between the Landlord and EZ Homes after an initial inspection visit of the prospective rental property. Fees are also subject to change as detailed in the full management agreement between the Landlord and EZ Homes LTD.
Other fees may apply but these will be agreed in advance of any management agreement between the Landlord and EZ Homes and will be detailed clearly in the management agreement.
*The service included within Full Management is bespoke and more details are provided of the full service offering once an initial inspection of the prospective rental property is carried out.
